[5KU]Action Army AAP 01 GBB Airsoft Outer Barrel [Type D][BLK]
I have a ASG G17 that is a OEM rebranded KSC G17, while replacing pretty much all of my internals I decided to get this AIP blowback unit as I liked the idea of a O-ring vs nozzle seals, it reduces the weight and looks really nice while being easier to maintain.
The gun doesn't cycle with it installed, the slide will move back about an inch and vent all the gas into the frame which is really disappointing, the o ring forms a very gentle seal in my nozzle.
I like the SixMM shop and this isn't their fault, perhaps the rocket valve nozzle is to blame but im not sure and I can't find replacements for the nozzle anywhere in the world so this gun is now going to the graveyard as it's a very old model and neither ASG nor KSC sell the G17 anymore in England and I don't want to pay £150 for a fully assembled KSC G17 just to encounter the same issue if this part does not function.
