The tracking information said "US, Delivery incomplete (recipient not available - recipient notified)". HK Post no longer had the package. USPS never generated a tracking number and I could not initiate and an inquiry with the HK Post tracking number. I asked SIXmm customer service for help, but they just pointed me at USPS. I gave up and never asked for a refund, but SIXmm was nice enough to send an auto-generated email asking for a review.
